Joannas June Blog is up!

June has been amazing, with a so many highlights and only a few whoopsies!
I took Apollo over to Windmill farm to get some points for the summer regionals at adv med. With the new system I can compete him at gold, and it was the first time in about 3 years that I have ridden him at that level! Mum and I have a motto for competitions; she can get the right directions to the venue and I will get the directions in the test right. However we got completely lost and had to be saved by Dad! Some very sad news.


Cole (Concorde Two) had a tumble in his paddock in January which caused multiple injuries to the mechanics in his hind leg.  In spite of doing all we could he was getting significantly worse and it was getting more painful. He was sadly put to sleep last Monday.  Lauren is devastated.  He was such a talented horse who just lived for his jumping. Read the rest of this entry »
